I work primarily with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, body image concerns, and life transitions, as well as challenges related to PTSD, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and assertiveness. Together, we’ll work to reduce distressing symptoms and reconnect you with a sense of purpose, self-worth, and belonging.
